We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager Intern to join Growhut's dynamic and innovative team. As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with our Product Management team to support the development, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap using Agile methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in product management and contribute to the success of products that drive exceptional value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Product Strategy & Vision:
- Assist in defining and communicating product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive analysis to support product innovation and strategic decision-making.
- Translate company objectives into actionable product initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
2. Agile Product Development Support:
- Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, quality assurance) to help ensure smooth product delivery.
- Support the maintenance of the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Help build relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on product progress and milestones.
- Gather and summarize feedback from stakeholders to contribute to product improvements.
4. Data-Driven Decision Support:
- Help analyze product performance data and user feedback to provide insights for optimization.
- Assist in defining key metrics and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
5. Continuous Improvement and Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with Agile practices, product management tools, and industry trends.
- Foster a learning culture by encouraging rapid iteration and embracing the process of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Interest in product management with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
