PositionOverview
We are looking for an ambitiousand experienced Sales Manager to drive our Home Loan and LoanAgainst Property (LAP) initiatives within the affordable segment.The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales backgroundexceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of theaffordable housing market. Your role will be pivotal in helpingcustomers achieve their dreams of homeownership.
KeyResponsibilities
Leadership &Development;: Lead coach and inspire a team of sales executives toachieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and ongoingtraining.
Strategic Sales Planning: Design and executecomprehensive sales strategies tailored to the affordable housingmarket focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationshipswith potential and existing customers ensuring a seamless andpositive customer experience throughout the salesprocess.
Market Insight: Conduct market analysis toidentify emerging trends customer needs and competitive landscapeadjusting strategies accordingly.
Performance Tracking:Regularly analyze sales metrics preparing reports and presentationsfor senior management to track progress and drive strategicdecisionmaking.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partnerwith marketing operations and compliance teams to streamlineprocesses and enhance service delivery.
RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure that all sales practices adhere to industryregulations and internal policies maintaining the highest ethicalstandards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field;MBA is a plus.
Minimum of X years experience in salesmanagement within the financial services industry particularly inhome loans or LAP.
Proven success in achieving salestargets and fostering team performance.
Indepthknowledge of the affordable housing sector and related lendingproducts.
Strong leadership communication andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and makeinformed strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
