Job Purpose

Candidate should be Delhi NCR or Mumbai and open to travel Moscow Russia.

This position will be responsible for driving sales, developing assigned territories and the Key Opinion Leaders along with creating a new and larger distributor network for larger penetration in the market

Key Responsibilities

- On field cum office job for business management in the assigned territory.
- Periodic achievement as per business plan, budgeted revenue, GM,





thus ensuring business growth & Market share in assigned geographical territory.
- Identify, build, manage, and grow an effective network of distributors.
- Increase distribution reach as per organizational business and growth objectives.
- Coordinating with channel partners for building & maintaining a formal business relationship.
- Liaise with channel partners for efficient inventory management and Sales commitments.
- To establish correct distribution agreements which includes optimal volumes for purchase, distributor transfer pricing in accordance with organizational objectives.
- Participate in annual budgeting exercise, sales forecasting, reporting secondary sales, inventory and contribute relevant information as deemed necessary.
- Liaising with hospital purchase/procurement department & Cath lab staff.
- Periodic visits to clinicians, Cath-lab/OR staff, hospital buying authorities, channel partner along with business objectives.






- Keep and maintain strong market intelligence with reference to tender announcements and changes in existing & upcoming ones.
- Build and maintain strong network with hospital system & ensure high quality data collection, latest trends, competition details etc.
- Participate and prepare for in-depth business reviews – achievement of primary business objectives, secondary sales objectives, market mapping, Inventory planning, forecasting, payment collections, changes in reimbursement policies, competitor activity reviews etc.
- Active involvement in budgeting activities, clinical/scientific activities, conference participation, marketing activities, etc.
- Provide periodic updates for new technology and therapy growth areas, product quality review and feedback, regulatory requirements.
