Salary (CTC)- 15K -50K per Month+ Incentives
Experience required- 6 Months+ in Sales Profile
Profile: Sales Executive
Language-Hindi and English
Qualification required: Graduation
Job Location: E-89, Sector-63, Noida
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Responsible for generating leads for business.
Following up leads generated.
Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.
Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.
Responsible for participating in Propertys Events, exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills:
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Good Knowledge in MS Office
