Job Description
-Plan, prioritize, and anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business -Responsible for supporting all aspects of the leader’s work including appointments and the diary, correspondence, travel and accommodation as the need arises in addition to leading dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key tasks of conducting the meetings, record keeping and reporting -Responsible for supporting the leader for all reimbursement expenses activities -Ensure vital functional records (Reporting, Headcount, expenses & budget related) are maintained and updated in the internal system that can readily provide current,
accurate and accessible information -Handling all the partner visits to Tesco Bengaluru in co-ordination with their EA's and other partners -Coordinate and Collaborate with internal stakeholders when necessary -Perform other miscellaneous duties as the need arises by management
