Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, SAP Plant Maintenance!
Responsibilities
. SAP PM consultant with experience of Implementation and support Projects
.
SAP PM Process Knowledge with Roles & Responsibilities:
. Hands-on experience of configuring, implementing & managing SAP Plant maintenance, DMS (Documents Management system) & awareness on shutdown management system
. Configuration and customizing maintenance plant as per best practice of SAP PM
. Configuration of Breakdown process, corrective Maintenance Process, performance
. Based preventive maintenance Process, Time Based preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, Calibration Process
. Configuration entire logistic master data viz, PM Material, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work centers, and Maintenance plans
. Need to work in Incident management Tool and other Testing Tools.
. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills experience for interacting with the Business users to resolve and close the issues reported.
. Should have experience in leading Proof of Concept, SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions and developing business cases with cross functional teams.
. SAP PLM/PM Certification is an added advantage
. Lead all discussions on SAP PM / SCM/ Inventory Management with internal stakeholders and with clients
. Perform AS IS functional gap analysis w.r.t. SAP PM best practices
. Partner with Technology to identify solutions within SAP or other tools to enable end to end capabilities.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: MBA-Finance and Accounts/CACMA/CWA
Preferred Qualifications/skills
. Training and Certification in SAP PM/ SAP MM
. Relevant working experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S4 HANA for PM
. Consultative Mind-set: Strategic perspective on the work we do and how it can impact our clients
. Good Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to network and create positive relationships with stakeholders (internally and externally) and build a strong expert network.
. Business Acumen: Ability to drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients
. Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop unique pricing/cost models, design financial strategies, transformational benefits, and negotiations of same
. Ability to work with cross cultural teams - Be sensitive and aware of what is acceptable behavior across different cultures/ethnic groups/religions etc.
. Resourceful: Ability to build and maintain expert network structure/contacts within Genpact to resolve challenges and influence all the internal/external parties involved in executing the contract
