Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Network Operations Center
The network consultant role is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting client network equipment,





ensuring consistent connectivity to client Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Network (LAN/WAN/VOICE) technologies and be able to diagnose and resolve network issues while seeking opportunities for improvement. Familiarity with networking concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. The role requires experience and sound judgment to handle various tasks and contribute to goal achievement.

Responsibilities

. Create case logs, record information, set resolution timelines, follow up on issues, and escalate complex cases as necessary.
. Analyze issues and determine appropriate actions to guide clients or associates toward a timely resolution.
. Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective measures.
. Maintain network performance through monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting, escalating issues to vendors when required.
. Apply knowledge of client&rsquos; case resolution processes, policies, and escalation methods in daily tasks.

Provide ad-hoc support and perform other duties as assigned.
. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Participate in 24x7x365 rotational support for production systems and services.
. Contribute to and enhance client&rsquos; Hosting IT knowledge management system.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. College degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience.
. Experience in a technical role, preferably with next-gen WAN technology such as SDWAN.
. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
. Knowledge on SDWAN technology
. Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) - mandatory.
. Ability to work in a high-volume, complex, and dynamic environment.






. Strong focus on supporting business customers.
. Solid understanding of networking concepts.
. Practical experience in a NOC or Managed Services environment.
. Industry certification such as CCNA is preferred.
. Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds etc
. Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs
. Shift Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
