At Oneture we are looking for people like you, you'll be a part of a growing team; you will work in
small, multi-disciplinary, fast-moving teams that co-build new digital products,





services, and
experiences based on innovative ideas. You will play a critical role in building solutions from scratch,
iterating quickly, and getting them :

- Collaborate with the front-end and back-end development teams to design, develop, and

maintain web applications.

- Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Study existing applications (if any) and understand the functional aspects and convert them

to requirements.

- Be responsible for gathering of Software functional and non-functional requirements,

validation of those requirements, doing technical feasibility analysis for challenges.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end (React) and back-end

(Node/.NET Core) components of our applications.

- Ensuring the best practices of software engineering are adhered to and architecture of open

source applications is security designed and architected.

- You will write clean code, scalable and reliable code that can be reused,





and follow software

engineering best practices.

- Design and test application to ensure cross-platform responsiveness and efficiency for

mobile.

- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.

Required Technical Skills :

Frontend :

- Knowledge of Node.js/React and frameworks such as Express.js and accessing Browser API

and services.

- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

- Good understanding of server-side templating languages EJS etc.

Backend :

- Good Understanding of .NET core WEB API - (OOPS).

- Dependency Injection.

- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

Database :







- MSSQL - Expertise with Database Design, Reporting, Troubleshooting.

- Other desirable skills

- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.

- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.

- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.

- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
