Job Purpose
The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying bespoke Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. They should demonstrate advanced technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM and associated Microsoft technologies, coupled with full-stack development proficiency. The role requires creating and refining workflows, business processes, and integrations tailored to customer needs. Key accountabilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including workflows, business processes, and plug-ins.
2.
Create and manage Dynamics CRM web resources, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
3. Design and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environments.
4. Assist in developing and maintaining Power Platforms like Power Apps (Model-driven App, Canvas App), Power Automate, and Power BI.
5. Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
6. Developing additional functionalities to enhance the capabilities of existing power app applications.
7. Assist in CRM development testing/ deployment/ maintenance processes.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for all Power Platform solutions.
9. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the Power Platform Apps and systems.

Technical and professional know-how required for effective performance.
v Experience: Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
v Programming tools: Extensive experience in designing and building web applications using C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
v MS Dynamics 365 CRM: Demonstrable experience in developing workflows, business processes, and plug-ins.
v MS Power Platform: Proficient in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other O365 applications. Power BI desirable.
v API Development: Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
v Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
v Web Services/APIs:
Comprehensive knowledge of Web Services and API integrations.
v Database Management: Familiarity with Data Export Service, Azure APIs, Azure SQL, Data Gateways, SSRS, and SSIS.
v Excellent communication skills - Strong communication skills (Fluent in English), with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s/Engineer degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, software development or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications such as below would be advantageous.
- Microsoft PL200: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft PL-7001: Create and manage canvas apps with Power Apps

- Azure AZ900: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft PL900 – Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft PL100 – Power Platform App Maker Associate
Salary
INR 1,000,000 per annum (Circa depending on experience)
