Role: Business Growth Operations
Responsibilities:
- Artist Outreach: Identify and connect with talented artists across social media and various platforms to join the Ai Ink™ platform.
- Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring artists are comfortable and equipped to showcase their designs.
- Community Building: Foster a supportive and engaging community for artists within Ai Ink™.
- Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of our platform.
- Corporate Outreach: Reach out to corporate entities and organizations for potential partnerships, showcasing Ai Ink’s artistic edge and offering our products for corporate gifting or bulk purchases.
- Email and Communication: Send outreach emails and communicate with potential clients, artists, and partners to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Operations: Handle customer orders and support to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
What We Offer:

Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, community management, or business development.
- Communicator: Confident and proactive in reaching out and engaging with artists and corporate partners.
- Passionate: Deep interest in art and supporting creative individuals.
- Self-motivated: Eager to learn and take on new challenges without the necessity of a formal degree.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
