What You'll Do:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js,
and Django.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into robust technical deliverables.
- Lead by example by reviewing and optimizing the code of your team members, ensuring adherence to the best coding practices.
- Implement and optimize microservices architecture, ensuring modular, scalable solutions.
- Utilize version control systems (VCS) like Git to manage code changes efficiently.
- Design and build clean web architectures, ensuring the code is structured, scalable, and maintainable.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, and Django, with experience building and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in developing backend APIs and working with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with microservices architecture is highly preferred.
- Ability to review code, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example with best coding practices.
- Knowledge of web architecture and code structure, along with best practices for data storage and file organization.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience working remotely, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
