Responsibilities
include helping new hires learn the company policies, showing new hires their job duties, scheduling start dates for new hires, and gathering the necessary paperwork.
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Research and develop recruiting leads.
o Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
o Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
o Conduct confidential interviews, references check, background verification, psychometric tests, etc.
o Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries.
o Coordinating for interviews with the line managers and functional heads.
o Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
o Assist with the employee’s transition and onboarding process.
o Preparing onboarding kits and welcoming new employees upon their arrival, give them an office tour and introduce team members.
o Gather and process paperwork, like issuing appointment letters, non-disclosure agreements, other joining paperwork.
o Coordinate company presentations
o Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
o Filing and storage of completed employee records (Personnel File).
o Providing new joiners data to Payroll Team for employee creation on HRMS Software
o Assisting employees in the usage of HRMS Software.
o Employer branding and nominating and participating in surveys to make great place to work.
o Preparing various HRMIS reports and dashboards.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports directly to Talent Management (Lead)/ Manager - HR Manages directly -NA-PREREQUISITES
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred or Any other discipline.
Master’s/ MBA would also be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 – 5 Years of experience in end to end recruitment across various levels in an organization, preferably Pan India/ Multi-city. Hospitality experience preferable.
KNOWLEDGE
- Usage of Job portals, Social Media, etc. for hiring Talent.
- Usage of sourcing tools and methods
- Networking & Managing Candidate Database
