Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect
Location : On-site (Singapore)

Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to design, implement, and oversee robust technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript as well as experience with data migration, integration, and leading development teams.
This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business requirements and follow best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design and Implementation :
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
- Create comprehensive technical designs that align with business needs and ensure seamless functionality.
- Oversee the development and customization of Dynamics CRM modules, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders :
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and CRM functionality.
- System Integration :
- Lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems, databases, and third-party applications.
- Implement and manage data migration strategies to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
- Work with external vendors or internal IT teams to integrate CRM with ERP or other enterprise platforms.
- Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding, configuration, and deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on the latest Dynamics CRM features, tools, and technologies.
- Issue Resolution :
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM applications, including performance tuning, bug fixes, and user support.
- Perform root cause analysis for any CRM-related issues and propose proactive solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay abreast of new features and functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to upgrade systems and implement new functionalities in alignment with evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise :
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM , including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing custom applications, plugins, and workflows.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools , including APIs and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure , Power Platform , and other relevant cloud technologies.
- Problem Solving :
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proven track record of problem-solving in complex CRM environments, with a focus on optimizing performance and user experience.
- Leadership and Collaboration :
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading development teams and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring alignment with quality standards and business objectives.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in software development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate , PowerApps , or Power BI integration with Dynamics CRM.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
