Responsibilities
• Supporting Managing Director and Joint Managing Director in their day to day activities
• Providing necessary support in maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings.
• Taking care of flight bookings, car & hotel
• Filing of travel claims
• Making notes on actions agreed during meetings and follow up with stakeholders for completion
• Coordinating with HOD’s for data collation and reports generation
• Preparing MIS and Data Analysis
• Contribute towards organizing of events & celebrations at times
• Office and Canteen Management
• Handling Security & Housekeeping
• Vendor coordination
• Transport management
Desired profile of the candidate
• Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Savvy with MS office and other related systems
• Sincere and willing to stretch when required. Able to maintain accuracy at work level with analytical approach
