Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Managerfor our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical. This role is criticalfor driving sales of Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP)through DSAs in the Noida region.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Sales Management: Developand implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives forHome Loan and LAP products.
- DSAManagement:
Identify onboard and manage DSAs toensure optimal performance and achievement of salestargets.
- MarketAnalysis: Conduct market research to identifyopportunities and gaps and adjust strategiesaccordingly.
- CustomerRelationship: Maintain strong relationships withclients understanding their needs and offering customizedsolutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all salesactivities are compliant with regulatory and internalguidelines.
DesiredCandidate Profile:
- Experience: 34 years ofhandson experience in selling Home Loans and LAP particularlythrough the DSA channel.
- Skills: Strong sales acumenexcellent communication skills and a deep understanding of thefinancial products market.
- Attributes: Selfmotivatedgoaloriented and able to work independently.
