Job Title: AreaSales Manager (Home Loan LAP (Affordable))
CTC Upto 20 LPA
Location: Noida UP
Experience: 48 Years in HLLAP
KeyResponsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve companyobjectives within the assigned area.
- Customer RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key customers understanding their needs and providingsolutions to meet those needs.
- Sales PerformanceMonitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics andKPIs analyzing data to identify areas for improvement andimplementing corrective actions as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conductmarket research and analysis to identify trends opportunities andthreats within the assigned area.
- Budget Management: Managethe sales budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation ofresources to maximize ROI.
- SalesForecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts andreports for management review.
- CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with other departmentssuch as marketing product development and customer service toensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field. MBA is aplus.
- Proven experience in sales managementwith a track record of achieving and exceeding salestargets.
- Strong leadership and team managementskills.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRMsoftware.
- Ability to travel within theassigned area as needed.
