Technical Skills-

- Microsoft Power Platform Developer: The candidate is expected to have expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilots, and Dataverse. This includes the ability to design, develop, and deploy solutions using these tools.
- Good Experience in Office 365 Technologies: A solid understanding and practical experience with Office 365 technologies are essential. This includes familiarity with collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applications that may integrate with the Power Platform.
- Minimum 5 Years Hands-on Experience:





The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, specifically working with Microsoft Power Platform. This experience should demonstrate proficiency in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Power Platform Administration: Knowledge and experience in Power Platform Administration are crucial. This involves the ability to set up environments, implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, manage security configurations, and ensure the overall governance of the Power Platform. Candidate should also be aware of power platform deployment principles.
- Hands-on Experience in Writing Delegable Functions: The candidate should have practical experience in writing delegable functions within Power Apps. Delegable functions are essential for efficiently working with large datasets. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of optimizing Power Apps for optimal performance.
- Experience in Building Device-Responsive Canvas Apps:





Proficiency in creating device-responsive Canvas Apps using modern design approaches within Power Apps is required. The candidate should be capable of designing applications that provide a seamless user experience across various devices.
- Automating Complex Processes via Power Automate: The candidate is expected to have experience automating complex business processes using Power Automate. This involves designing and implementing workflows that streamline and optimize organizational processes.
- Integration and Connectors: Strong experience in working with custom connectors, third party integrations for JDE, SQL etc. Working knowledge on mitigating common issues and proposing an optimized approach to integrating with systems.

Experience-

- Senior-Level Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer,





with a focus on creating solutions for complex business problems.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience leading Power Platform projects from conception to delivery.
- Client Interaction: Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
- Training and Mentoring: Experience in mentoring and training junior developers or team members.

Soft Skills-

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
