About Our Client
Our client is a leading US based MNC specialising in the manufacturing of plumbing products, fittings and cabinetry. They have a strong presence in India.
Job Description
- Act as facilitator between the Finance and Marketing Functions by engaging deeply with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing activity within agreed upon budgets for business development, retail, marketing communications & advertising etc.
- Business partnering with the Marketing function on various go to market initiatives and evaluate the viability and effectiveness of the same on the top and bottom line
- Report and analyse ROI and key performance metrics for various marketing spends and provide relevant insights on a monthly and quarterly basis to management and company leadership
- Build out pricing strategies for existing and new products by collecting, analysing and preparing data at Category level P&L;
- Improve control mechanisms within the marketing function
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CA (From ICAI ONLY)
- Post qualification experience of at least 8 years in Commercial Finance, Category Finance, Sales Finance or Business Finance
- Previous experience in a marketing controllership or regional commercial finance position in a large FMCG/FMCD organisation is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to work in a matrix structure and collaborate with senior marketing and finance stakeholders
