Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Canada Recruitment team.
This role is ideal for someone who has led a team of 4-5 recruiters, worked directly with BFSI clients, and has strong client handling and relationship management skills, particularly for the Montreal region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 recruiters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients in the Montreal region.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidate placement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless recruitment solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters.
- Extensive experience in client handling and relationship management within the BFSI sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Montreal region’s recruitment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients remotely.
