Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics Project Operations Specialist to act as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation of the Project Operations module , formerly known as Navision . This role is pivotal in overseeing the full-cycle implementation process, ensuring that the project aligns with business goals and delivers value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the functional lead for the Project Operations module within MS Dynamics, driving its successful end-to-end implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective project solutions.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure that stakeholders are fully equipped to use the module efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives.
- Identify and resolve any challenges related to project workflows, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement, transparency, and alignment.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the Project Operations module.
Key Requirements :
- Experience :
- 15–18 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics ,
specializing in Project Operations (formerly Navision ).
- Proven track record of leading and delivering full-cycle greenfield implementations in complex environments.
- Expertise in managing and driving the successful delivery of large-scale implementations.
- Functional Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics Project Operations functionality and configuration.
- Strong understanding of project management, finance, and operations workflows.
- Ability to integrate and optimize business processes within the Project Operations module.
- Skills :
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes in clear, actionable terms.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and address any project challenges.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines and ensure alignment with business needs.
