JobOverview:
We are lookingfor a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our salesand marketing activities particularly in the promotion of dentalimplants and related products. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for achieving business targets managing relationshipswith key accounts and developing strategic sales initiatives. Thisrole requires a blend of marketing acumen leadership abilities andindepth knowledge of the dentalindustry.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseeand manage all sales and marketing activities ensuring businesstargets aremet.
- Developand implement sales strategies to drive growth in the dentalimplantssector.
- Promotevarious dental implants and ensure their properusage.
- Organizeand execute promotional programs sales presentations andadvertising campaigns for new productlaunches.
- Buildand strengthen relationships with key accounts including medicalprofessionals opinion leaders hospitals and private servicedentists.
- Networkwith various parties to ensure the availability of stock at dentalclinics institutions hospitals and dentalcolleges.
- Developsales strategies and set achievable salestargets.
- Monitorand report on market trends and competitoractivities.
- Focuson institutional sales particularly to hospitals dental collegesand relatedinstitutes.
- Maintaina strong network within the institutional sales domain to ensureproduct availability andvisibility.
Requirements
- AnyGraduate preferably with a degree in B. Pharma M. Pharma or D.Pharma.
Candidates with knowledge in dental surgery and implantswill be given preference.
- Minimum of35 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on thedental industry.
- Should havecompleted all academic years with 55% orabove.
- Candidates should be above 28years ofage.
SkillsRequired:
- Provenability to meet and exceed salestargets.
- Strong understanding ofmarketing principles and experience in launching and promotingproducts.
- Excellentrelationshipbuilding skills particularly with medical professionalsand institutions.
- Ability to developand implement strategic salesplans.
- Strong verbal and writtencommunicationskills.
Any Graduate, preferably with a degree in B. Pharma, M. Pharma, orD. Pharma.
Candidates with knowledge in dental surgery and implantswill be given preference. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience insales and marketing, with a focus on the dental industry. Shouldhave completed all academic years with 55% or above. Candidatesshould be above 28 years of age. Skills Required: Proven ability tomeet and exceed sales targets.
