Area Sales Manager - Gold Loan-(WD56402)
Key Accountabilities:
1)Responsible for Hiring the Sales Executives, Product Training and Motivating the Sales staff in generating business
2)Prepare monthly working plan for sales teams , review weekly, monthly plan for DST /Branch .
3)Manage Incremental Portfolio for Gold Loanfor Branch
4)Responsible for Sale Executive Productivity. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
•Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
•Work closely with the branch Staff/ DST to drive gold loan customers for fulfilment
•profitability and employee development.
Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
•implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
