company.

Developand implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and marketpenetration.

Initiate and nurturerelationships with key stakeholders in the aviationindustry.

BrandAwareness

Increase awareness of the brandamong market participants who may not befamiliar

with the company by attending tradefairs and exhibitions

Devise and executeeffective branding strategies to enhance the company &visibility; in the

market through social mediamarketing and other digital marketingsolutions

Productand Service Development

Generate innovativeideas for new products and services to attract clients and drivebusiness







growth.

Identify opportunities for introducing new service categories basedon market trendsand

demands.

- B2B sales and marketingexperience
- Lead generation especially forclients based outside of India
- Patient approachwhere once lead is generated starting communication building arelationship over time and eventuallyconverting.
- Should be able to set up a processand hire a team if required for cold calls andemails.
- Should be able to set up a CRM as wecurrently don t have one
- Strategic thinker sowe can finalise the strategy on communication the team needs tofollow while interacting with a potential or existingclient.
- Should be open to approaching randompeople at exhibitions
- Experience in setting upstalls at exhibitions will be preferred.
- Mostof these exhibitions will be outside ofIndia.
