Responsibilities
TheHR Operation Executive will support the Human Resources departmentin ensuring smooth and efficient businessoperations
- AdministrativeSupport: Provide administrative support to the HRdepartment including but not limited to filing data entry andmaintaining employeerecords
- RecruitmentAssistance: Assist with the recruitment process byposting job ads scheduling interviews conducting reference checksand coordinating new hireorientations
- EmployeeOnboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for newemployees ensuring they have the necessary resources andinformation to begin their roleseffectively
- HRCompliance:
Ensure the companys compliance with HRpolicies and procedures and maintain uptodate knowledge ofemployment laws andregulations
- BenefitsAdministration: Assist employees with benefits enrollmentand changes and coordinate with benefits providers asnecessary
- PayrollSupport: Collaborate with the payroll department toensure accurate and timely processing of payrollchanges
- EmployeeRelations: Address employee queries and concerns andescalate issues as needed to HRmanagement
- RecordKeeping: Maintain and update employee files ensuring alldocumentation is accurate complete and filed in accordance withcompanypolicy
- HRProjects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives toimprove processes and enhance employeeexperience
- TrainingCoordination: Assist with organizing and schedulingemployee training sessions and maintaining trainingrecords
- Othernecessary duties asassigned
Requirements

- 5years of progressive experience in similar HRroles;
- HRGeneralist experience including broad experience across all areasofHR.
- Provenability to recruit support and manage a multinational team acrossdiverse geographic locations and timezones.
- Demonstratedsuccess in implementing HR strategies that drive organizationalsuccess
- Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated fieldpreferred.
- Knowledgeof HRIS systems and other HRrelated software is aplus.
- Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
- Stronganalytical problemsolving solving and decisionmaking skills with anenterprise mindset areessential.
