- Business Target Achievement:
- Achieve business targets as outlined in the goal sheet through team
- Engage, Lead and motivate team actively toward achieving sales objectives.
- Recruitment and Team Building:
- Recruit and onboard Team members to strengthen the sales team.
- Train and guide new team members to enhance their performance.
- Field Work and Prospecting:
- Conduct joint fieldwork (JFW) with team members to drive business growth.
- Schedule meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain TATA AIA’s life insurance products.
- Sales Planning:
- Develop & implement short-term & long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
