Job Description
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned area, ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- The role will involve Lead Generation, Presentation, Negotiation, and Closing.
- Lead Generation: Gather sales leads from our in-house prospects and cold call to approach the right persona of the customer and win an onsite meeting.
- Presentation: Present our business solutions to the management of hospitals.
- Recruit, Train, and Mentor sales team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and sales performance
