Job Description

> Key Responsibilities:

> - Manage and drive sales operations across multiple states.
> - Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L;) for the assigned states, ensuring financial targets are met.
> - Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
> - Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
> - Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
> - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and financial efficiency.

> Key Requirements:

> - 5-10 years of experience in B2C sales, with a strong preference for experience in the two-wheeler motorcycle industry.
> - Proven experience in managing sales and P&L; across multiple states.
> - Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
> - Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
> - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
> - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
