> Financial Planning & Budgeting:

> * Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.

> * Collaborate with department heads to gather input, analyse trends, and identify budgetary requirements.

> * Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide insights to management on key drivers.

> Forecasting & Reporting:

> * Support the forecasting process by analysing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.

> * Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

> * Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities based on financial analysis.

> Performance Analysis:

> - 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles.
> - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
> - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
> - Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning software (, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, etc.).
> - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into actionable insights.
> - Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
> - Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial concepts and metrics.
