> - Knows pulse of the market, base location knowledge is a must, Mumbai/ Ahmedabad. Location will not be restricted to only the branch,
it will be almost the entire state and nearby locations
> - Auction properties from Bank/NBFC
> - Properties listing should be done on Hero Portal – So he should have done this in the past where he has created listings on the portal for selling the property
> - Meeting with the clients on selling’s and acquiring clients
> - Non-performing assets
> - Vendor connections should be good and real estate connections
