> We arelooking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Head /Sales Head having digital marketing / advertising BD / Salesexperience of 8 to 12 years from digital marketing / advertising /media agencies which will help us to expand our clientele. You willbe the front of the company and will have the dedication to createand apply an effective salesstrategy.

> Thegoal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boostingsales and forging strong relationships to achieve the financialgoals set in terms of revenue targets and gross margin targets on amonth on monthbasis.

> - Developand execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenuetargets and maximize marketpenetration.

> - Identifynew business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring newclients.

> - Developand maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage thesalescycle

> - Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients advertisingagencies and mediabuyers.

> - Understandclient needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meettheirobjectives.

> - Monitormarket trends competitor activities and industry developments toidentify opportunities for businessgrowth.

> - Preparesales reports forecasts and analyses to the senior managementteam.

> - Makerecommendations for sales strategies and process improvements basedon marketinsights.

> - Planningand overseeing new marketinginitiatives.

> - Collaboratewith internal teams including marketing editorial and operations toensure seamless of advertisingcampaigns.

> - Providetrustworthy feedback and aftersalessupport

> - Developentry level staff into valuablesalespeople

> - Musthave at least 8 years of experience in digital media salesadvertising & brandedcontent

> - Demonstratedexperience in scaling up businessoperations

> - Priorexperience as profit centre head isdesired.

> - Seasonedand successful leader preferably with experience in a major& complex industry or organization in a competitive marketsegment.

> - Carrygood business acumen to help with the growth of theorganization

> Experienceof working in diverse markets and successful track record ofachieving sales brand building networkdevelopme

> Knowledge and Proficiency: Proficient in creating new opportunityand sale presentations as directed by the General Manager -assisting in path planning, project management, client relations,budgeting, reporting, and general administration. Skilled insourcing and synthesising information from diverse sources.Proficient in managing partnership packages to ensure delivery ofpromised print, digital, and social outputs. Knowledge of allintegral systems Trello, Zoho, Google Drive, Magnet (trainingprovided) Knowledge of the internal order approval system, keycontacts, and paperwork requirements (training provided)





Managementof the internal month-end closing process across the groupProficient in creating post campaign reports and analysis for keyaccounts within the group. Management Responsibilities: Managementof order workflow across commercial and editorial team - managingeditorial and commercial operations across digital, print, andexperiential businesses, overseeing resource allocation to achievetargets. Management of Trello across commercial and editorial team- supporting commercial and PR content requests, trackingdeliverables, and ensuring editorial commitments are met.Opportunity to represent the brands at key industry events. Projectand Account Management: Assist in managing wider teams' projectsand accounts throughout their leave periods as needed - acting as aprimary liaison across departments, addressing queries,troubleshooting issues,





and escalating matters as needed.Establishing, implementing, and supporting the brands eventscalendar, working and follow-up files for the teams. Assist theteams pre, during, and post-events (guest management, logistics,operations, communication, information, and material management).Supporting the delivery and attending brand events across the groupwhere needed. Media Planning and Relationship Management:Independently conduct media planning based on client briefs andfoster relationships to drive comprehensive annual planning whilstidentifying commercial opportunities for optimal brand investment.Requirements: Own valid visa Immediate, full-time availability fora 6-month contract period Transport to the office andevents
