> Quality Management System (QMS) and Compliance
>
>
>
> - Establish and sustain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that includes risk management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal audits, deviation handling, customer complaint resolution, and recall protocols.
> - Ensure compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards,
and regulatory requirements throughout production and packaging operations.
> - Work closely with the Department Head (HoD) to approve vendors for raw materials and packaging materials.
> - Perform routine quality inspections and provide feedback to quality executives to enhance product quality.
> - Collaborate with the HoD to develop and conduct comprehensive training programs focused on quality improvement.
> - Lead the review and implementation of SOP revisions across departments in coordination with respective HoDs..

> Quality Assurance and Control

>
> - Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in production and warehouse activities, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting improvements.
> - Establish and oversee sampling and testing protocols to ensure the use of approved raw materials and packaging materials.
> - Examine and assess data from equipment calibration, raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and water test reports, promptly reporting any deviations.
> - Compile and analyze quality-related data, including quality scores, management information system (MIS) reports, and vendor assessments.
> - Lead ongoing improvement efforts such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and the implementation of 5S principles.

> Cross-Functional Collaboration

> - Work closely with the Microbiology team to uphold Environmental Monitoring Plans (EMP).
> - Perform internal quality audits to evaluate adherence to QMS standards.
> - Supervise the approval process for releasing finished goods, following established SOPs.
> - Present CAPA plans to the HoD for review and approval.

> The Successful Applicant

> - At least 10 years of overall experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in food industry
> - Candidates with Quality function experience would be preferred
> - Candidate should come with academic background (BTech or MTech) from food technology and Microbiology
