> - TeamLeadership: Lead mentor anddevelop a team of RCM specialists fostering a positive andproductive workenvironment.

> - ProcessManagement: Oversee the endtoendrevenue cycle process including billing coding accounts receivableand denialmanagement.

> - PerformanceMonitoring: Track teamperformance metrics identify areas for improvement and implementstrategies to enhance efficiency andaccuracy.

> - ClientCommunication: Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients addressing any issues concernsor inquiries related to revenue cycleprocesses.

> - Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with relevantregulations and standards including HIPAA ICD10 and payerspecificguidelines.

Prepare and present regular reports on teamperformance revenue trends and process improvements to seniormanagement.

> - Education: Bachelor s degree in healthcare administrationbusiness finance or a relatedfield.

> - Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in revenue cyclemanagement at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisoryrole.

> - TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in RCMsoftware electronic health records (EHR) and medical billingsystems.
>
> - Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare billing forlaboratories and/or physicians coding and reimbursement processesincluding knowledge of ICD10 CPT and HCPCS codes. Strong knowledgewith payer guidelines; CMS Workers Compensation and CommercialInsurance.

> - LeadershipSkills: Proven ability to leadand manage a team with strong communication and interpersonalskills.
