> Bioqube is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Accounts & Taxation to manage all financial, tax, and compliance-related activities. In this role, you will oversee financial management, ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and provide strategic financial insights. You will also mentor and lead a team of finance professionals to support the company's growth objectives.

> Key Responsibilities:
>
> 1. Financial Management:
>
> - Oversee all financial management functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong financial health.
>
> - Manage the month-end closing of financial books, ensuring accurate financial statements and adherence to local and international accounting regulations.
>
> - Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and business growth.
>
> 2. Taxation and Compliance:
>
> - Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including the timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
>
> - Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants to address tax-related issues and inquiries.
>
> - Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize liabilities.
>
> 3. Audit Coordination:
>
> - Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
>
> - Ensure audits are completed on time and address audit findings to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
>
> 4. Treasury Management:
>
> - Oversee cash flow management and liquidity, ensuring optimal working capital and risk management.
>
> - Establish and maintain treasury policies to support efficient financial operations.
>
> 5. Team Leadership:
>
> - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
>
> - Set clear departmental goals and ensure alignment with the company's overall Education:
>
> - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
>
> 2. Experience:
>
> - 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
>
> - Experience managing taxation in multi-vertical or multinational organizations is an advantage.
>
> 3. Skills:
>
> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
>
> - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work across departments.
>
> - Proficiency in financial management software and the MS Office suite.

> Key Competencies:

> 1. Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.
