> Responsibilities

> :
> - Generate leads & enquires and approach potential customers to market the product
> - Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to product portfolios
> - Export order execution and coordination with customer, Plant and logistic team
> - New product and new business development by using techno commercial knowledge and various marketing tools.
> - Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
> - Understand techno commercial profile of product along with the value chain
> - Negotiation with clients and enter into purchase agreements for long term-propagate company vision & mission among customers and sales people in the field
> - Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients
> - Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
> - Travel within Pan India – to meet potential and existing customers
> - Attain and exhibit trade fairs, coordinate and plan as exhibitor and get updated with Industry.
> - Coordination with various internal departments for proper & timely execution of orders
> - Escalate feedback received from client to top management and undertake corrective actions as and when required
> - Achieve the Sales & collection targets for the region
> - Prepare and review annual business plan for the area of responsibility
> - Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
> - Effectively coordinate with all internal & external customers for all business needs
> - Suggest new services/products and innovative sales technique to increase customer satisfaction
> - Payment Follow Up
> - Vendor Registration
> - Research potential vendors
> - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
> - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
> - Track orders and ensure timely delivery
> - Review quality of purchased products
> - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
> - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
