Our platform offers multi-channel sequencing, account-based playbooks, and smart automation to help sales teams close deals more efficiently and effectively.Position Overview: Klenty is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional service, and helping our customers get the most out of our platform. This role requires a proactive,





customer-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries through calls and chats, offering friendly and helpful assistance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by utilizing basic log-checking skills.Think creatively to provide innovative solutions to customer problems.Maintain a thorough understanding of Klenty’s product features, updates, and common issues to deliver accurate support.Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.Work in a rotational shift schedule to ensure customer support during peak hours.Qualifications:Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and the ability to address technical issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to quickly learn and recall detailed product information.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support peers.Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.Additional Requirements:Ability to work on-site in Chennai.Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
