We are looking for a performancedrivencustomercentric individual with a strong work ethic to join ourteam as a SalesAssociate.
Tasks
- Developa customer sales pipeline and build new customerrelationships
- Work with existing customers togrow the business and find new avenues for new product and businessdevelopment
- Visit customers to learn abouttheir ingredient needs and offer products from our large productportfolio
- Conduct market research and buildnetworks to find new customeropportunities
- Follow customer requests samplingand new project development
- Represent thecompany in Business fairs conferencestradeshows
Requirements
- Bachelorof Commerce / Bachelor of Technology
- Motivatedindividual with past Sales Experience in B2Bsegment
- 2 years of experience in sales inchemicals B2B products fragrances flavoursetc
- Past sales experience in fragrance flavourscosmetics chemicals industry inpreferable
- Customer centric attitude andpositive spirit
- Organised and able to work infast paced environment autonomously
- Wellrounded computer and CRM softwareknowledge
- Regular travel panIndia top meet withkey customers
- Knowledge / interest infragrances chemicals flavours
- Big ideas andpersistent curiosity
