Market Analysis :
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape,

Customer Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, and oncology specialists to drive product awareness and adoption.
Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy execution.
Sales Forecasting :
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Training & Development :
Organize and facilitate training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, market insights, and sales techniques.
Compliance :
