Job Title: Rohit Mehra to our Jadoos (Growth Manager - D2C)
If you don’t look at clients like they are some aliens from Mars all set to launch an attack on you, then you, my friend, are perfect to be our E-Comm Growth Manager.
Come, help us with these efforts:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all our clients and build long-lasting relationships
-> you need to have an insane sense of ownership to do this well.
- Ensure the timely delivery of our services to all our clients
-> you need to be highly coordinated & process-oriented.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, and prepare reports on account status
-> You need to have run ads in the past yourself. Or you need to have written copy extensively.
You cannot do well in this role if you are not an ex-operator.
- Check account performance against projections and come up with strategies for corrective or proactive action
-> If you are not familiar with how the various ads dashboards work then you will greatly struggle with this piece.
- Come up with ways to develop new business with existing clients
-> Taking initiative without anybody telling you to do so must be a natural skill.
- Give direction to the creative strategist and stay on top of all marketing trends.
-> Unless you’re living under a rock, you know that creative strategy is the key to unlocking growth on Meta. You need to be great at it.
Kill with your Skills:
- Deep understanding of data & decent at MS Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team collaboration skills
- Good listening and presentation abilities
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- A healthy balance of right & left brain.
- Empathy pro max (really,
just swipe left if you can't empathise with founders who have risked their all to start something meaningful & impactful)

1. How many words would you have typed on a keyboard in all your life?
2. Estimate Gmail Active Users in India.
3. How many iPhones users are there in India at present?
4. How many cups of tea were consumed in Delhi in a month?

Compensation: We’re hiring for 2 roles: a jr. growth manager @4.5 LPA & a Sr. Growth Manager @9-11 LPA.
