Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Freelance Trainer in Software Testing to deliver engaging and insightful online training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a knack for explaining complex topics clearly, and the ability to inspire and guide students towards mastery in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live, interactive online training sessions in Software Testing.
- Develop and present course materials, case studies, and exercises aligned with industry standards.
- Provide hands-on training and real-world project guidance to students.
- Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in Software Testing.
- Engage students with diverse learning styles and levels of understanding.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course quality and relevance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Software Testing, with hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Experience as a trainer or instructor in Software Testing is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and other relevant testing software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
