Job Summary:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. This role will work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure seamless automation workflows, personalized messaging, and effective lead scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing automation campaigns across various platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
- Create and optimize email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Design lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Manage the integration of CRM and marketing automation platforms for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop personalized email templates, landing pages, and content offers.
- Leverage dynamic content features to deliver relevant messaging to different audience segments.
- Analyze marketing metrics to track the performance of automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and key marketing KPIs.
- Maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring all integrations, workflows, and data processes function properly.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to the marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC,
and other digital marketing strategies.
- Certification in marketing automation or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
