Job Summary:

As a Microsoft Dynamics UI/UX Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure that the solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Development:

- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.), ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards,





and portals to meet business requirements and improve user interactions.
- Use Power Apps to create low-code or no-code applications that extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 while delivering a modern and responsive user interface.
- Implement user-centric design principles to ensure that solutions are accessible, easy to navigate, and visually appealing across different devices and platforms.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure that the designs are technically feasible and align with the overall system architecture.
- Present design ideas, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve the final solution.

Front-End Development:







- Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
- Develop custom front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365.
- Leverage Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to enhance the functionality and visual appeal of the user interface.
- Create and customize themes, page layouts, and navigation elements to deliver a consistent look and feel across the Dynamics 365 environment.

User Testing and Optimization:

- Perform usability testing and gather feedback from end-users to identify areas of improvement and optimization.






- Continuously monitor the performance of the user interface, making adjustments to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
- Implement accessibility best practices to ensure that the applications are compliant with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are usable by a wide range of users.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or other enterprise systems.
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure for wireframing and prototyping.
- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,





and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Skills and Competencies:

- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and theming capabilities.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Apps to create custom user interfaces.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design for mobile and desktop environments.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end components with APIs and backend systems, including Dynamics 365 APIs.
- UI/UX Design Skills:
- Excellent skills in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.






- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on user requirements and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and human-computer interaction (HCI).
- Problem-Solving and Creativity:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions that improve usability while maintaining functionality.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts,





and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals or Power Pages for developing customer-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for managing design and development tasks.
