Job Title : React + Node Developer

Experience : 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and efficient React.js front-end applications and Node.js back-end services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) standards.
- Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap,





Tailwind CSS).
- Manage and optimize cloud-based deployments, preferably on AWS , ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the best development practices are adhered to.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues, and maintain the stability and security of cloud-hosted applications.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in the MERN Stack , with a focus on React.js and Node.js .
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML , CSS , and relevant libraries/frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cross-browser web development and deep understanding of browser internals.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS , and experience with managing cloud-based applications.






- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and practical experience in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
- Readiness to work in UK overlap hours .
