Petrofac is looking to recruit a Maintenance Planning Lead (Oil and Gas Industry) to join our team at Yanam, Puducherry
JOB TITLE: Maintenance Planning Lead
Job description:
- Develop & update various construction planning deliverables as per level 4 schedules, progress measurement system, project reporting systems and invoicing systems etc.
- Assimilate scope of work and conceive the project in terms of schedule.
- Close coordination with construction site engineer in preparation and updating level 4 schedules.
- Timely issue of quality project planning deliverables.
- Monitor the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and prepare weekly/ monthly progress reports.
- Review proposals from subcontractors on execution and schedule.
- Keep PCM & Lead planning engineer apprised of the status/ constraints.
- Responsible for preparation and updating the commodity release plan/curve.
- Analyze and communicate to the Lead project control engineer/ Area coordinator on observation of any instance for any variance between the actual work in progress and the approved schedules.
- Post awards review the contract for schedule and commercial parameters to validate/ compare with the original submitted documents.
- Participate in department development activities for continual improvement in the project control system & services.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the HOD.
Software Required: Primavera p6 & MS Project
Education Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering or any Relevant Studies)
