Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies for project management
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within deadline and budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
