Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in

Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This is a mid-level, full-time role ideal for professionals with 3 to 8

years of experience in business development, sales,





or a related field. The successful

candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and fostering long-lasting

relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

* Minimum 3-8yrs relevant work experience in business development or

sales.

* Proven track record in relationship building (Mandatory skill).

* Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill).

* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Mandatory skill).

* Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

* Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

* Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze trends.

* Capability in generating leads through various channels and nurturing them through the sales

funnel.

* Strategic planning skills to develop and execute business development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and grow the client base.







* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential leads.

* Develop strategic plans to achieve business growth and sales targets.

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

* Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.

* Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and optimize client experiences.

* Maintain accurate records and use CRM software to track progress and manage relationships.
