The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of advisors and driving the growth and development of a variable agency model in the assigned regions. The role is critical in achieving revenue and renewal targets with a focus on building and scaling a highperforming sales team. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Handle and develop a team of advisors providing them with guidance support and training to maximize their performance. Foster a strong collaborative team environment that motivates advisors to achieve their targets. Agency Model Development Drive the implementation and growth of a strong variable agency model within the assigned geography.
Ensure that the agency model is effective scalable and capable of delivering significant topline revenue. Revenue and Renewal Achievement: Achieve topline revenue targets through the successful management of the variable agency model. Meet or exceed renewal targets ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Market Knowledge and Strategy: Leverage a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. Develop strategies that align with market trends and optimize the performance of the sales team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building and scaling a sales team is highly preferred.
