Overview: The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and negotiating and closing deals to increase company revenue. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients Create and present compelling sales proposals Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads Participate in sales meetings trade shows and industry events Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities Track and report key performance metrics Stay updated with industry developments and best practices Contribute to the development of marketing strategies Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience in sales business development or related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Understanding of market research techniques and tools Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach Willingness to travel as needed sales,negotiation,communication,relationship building,market research
