We Are Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices/Equipments) Key Duties and Responsibilities: Promote Medical Equipment : Visit clients including hospitals doctors and patients in the igned area to promote our medical equipment. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers regularly gathering feedback and addressing product inquiries. Lead Generation and Followup : Generate daily leads and conduct regular followups to drive progress and sales. Sales Promotional Events : Support the team in organizing sales events to enhance brand visibility and product sales. Sales Target Monitoring : Elish areawide sales targets and monitor the sales performance of all dealers within the igned territory.
Team Leadership : Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) providing direction and support to meet team objectives. Requirements Experience : 4 10 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment sector ideally within the critical care segment. Market Knowledge : Indepth understanding of the medical equipment industry and the geographical regions to be managed. Desired Ss and Experience: Industry Expertise : Strong knowledge of the industry and specific areas to be igned. Interpersonal Ss : Excellent social interpersonal and writing ss. Communication & Problem Solving : Strong communication and problemsolving abilities. Adaptability : Eager to learn and adaptable to changing market demands.
