Job Title: HR Manager Location: Ahmedabad (No relocation) Reports To: Operations Head Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee human resources operations ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include recruitment HR policies employee relations performance management and organizational development. This role is open to female candidates based in Ahmedabad only. Role and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Providing personalized advice and recommendations based on their needs and market conditions. Channel Partner Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top channel partners which also includes Monitoring and essing the performance of channel partners, providing support and resources to help them achieve their targets and drive mutual success. Investment Advisory: Offering expert guidance on equity investments, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financial products. Conducting thorough research and ysis to provide clients with informed investment recommendations aligned with their financial objectives. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the firm/'s client base. This includes identifying market opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and participating in promotional activities. Portfolio Review and Management: Regularly reviewing client portfolios to ess performance, balance investments, and optimize et allocation. Monitoring market trends and economic developments to make timely adjustments to client portfolios.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring all client interactions and investment recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Educating clients about investment risks and implementing risk management strategies to protect their investments. Market Research and ysis: Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact equity markets. Using data-driven insights to inform investment decisions and client recommendations. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with research ysts, portfolio managers, and other departments within the firm to leverage expertise. Participating in team meetings and sharing insights to enhance client service and satisfaction. Continuous Learning and Development:
Keeping abreast of changes in financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development. Continuously enhancing knowledge and ss to provide superior client service and support business growth.
