Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making job offers. Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires. Track the workrelated actions of employees such as recording their signin and signout times and maintaining their timesheets. Oversee the performance management process including conducting performance evaluations and managing employee development plans. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances. Manage employee benefits and perks including retirement plans and paid time off.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field; Masters degree preferred. 13 years of experience in human resources management preferably in the technology industry. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
